Cincelichthys bocourti, also known as Bocourt's Cichlid, is a large and robust cichlid native to Central America. They are known for their striking appearance, typically displaying shades of grey, blue, and green with dark markings. These fish are territorial and can be quite aggressive, especially during breeding. They require a spacious aquarium with plenty of hiding spots and a robust filtration system. They are best kept in a species-specific tank or with other large, semi-aggressive Central American cichlids.
