The Eyebiter Cichlid is a unique and fascinating predatory cichlid from Lake Malawi. Known for its extremely compressed body and large eyes, it gets its common name from its hunting strategy of targeting the eyes of other fish. They are slender and agile, well-suited for darting through vegetation. Due to their predatory nature, care must be taken when selecting tank mates.
