About

A large, intelligent puffer with a bright yellow-green back covered in dark spots. Although juveniles occur in freshwater and brackish habitats, long-term aquarium care generally uses brackish to marine-strength conditions as the fish matures. It is aggressive, has continuously growing teeth and needs hard-shelled foods.
