The L240 Galaxy Pleco is a striking armored catfish known for its black body adorned with numerous bright white or yellow spots, resembling a galaxy. These plecos are robust and can grow quite large. They are primarily nocturnal and enjoy hiding in caves or driftwood during the day. While generally peaceful towards most tank inhabitants, they can be territorial with other bottom-dwelling fish, especially other plecos. They require a well-filtered tank with plenty of oxygen and hiding spots.
