About

The L306 Blood Red Tiger Pleco is a striking South American pleco known for its vibrant red to orange coloration contrasted with black markings. They are primarily xylophagous (wood-eaters) and require a diet rich in driftwood as well as other vegetable matter and occasional protein. While generally peaceful towards most tank mates, they can be territorial with other plecos or bottom-dwelling fish, especially in smaller tanks. They require clean, well-oxygenated water with plenty of hiding spots and driftwood.
