Magenta Dottyback

About

The Magenta Dottyback (Pictichromis porphyrea) is a small, intensely purple-magenta western Pacific dottyback. It is hardy but territorial and may bully similarly sized or shaped fish; very small ornamental crustaceans can also be at risk. Provide abundant rockwork and hiding places and normally keep only one per aquarium unless the system is large and deliberately arranged.
