The Aulonocara baenschi, commonly known as the Sunshine Peacock or Benga Aulonocara, is a vibrantly colored African cichlid native to Lake Malawi. Males display striking yellow and blue hues, while females are more subdued. They are generally considered one of the more peaceful African cichlids but can exhibit territorial behavior, especially during breeding.
