Ancistrus Super Red
Ancistrus sp. 'Super Red'
About
The Ancistrus 'Super Red' is a selectively bred color morph of the Bristlenose Pleco, known for its vibrant red to orange coloration. These peaceful, nocturnal bottom-dwellers are excellent algae eaters and are characterized by the bristly appendages on their snouts (more prominent in males). They are hardy and relatively small for a pleco, making them a popular choice for freshwater community aquariums.
